14-Day Return Window We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This complies with the EU right of withdrawal.

How to Request a Return To start a return, please contact us by email at oralisfashion@gmail.com. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds Once we've reviewed your request, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
